My hero

I want to dedicate this song to my hero, Jesus Christ, who loved me even when I was unlovable.

Ahhh! Beautiful song! I loved the movie Bette Midler was in during the 80's in which this song was part of the main score. Wonderful.

Thanks for posting this. Fun to re-listen to.

I love this song :) but not nearly as much as Jesus loves you, my dear.

i think about you every once in a while, glad i stumbled across you again.

Amy, I never saw the movie. I guess that was in my religious days when I wasn't watching many movies. Since you said it was a good movie, I added it to my Netflix queue.

Deb, it is a beautiful song. While I was listening to it, I couldn't help but think about how much Father loves me and it brought tears to my eyes. The words are very meaningful.

Tyler!!!! How wonderful to see you here!

I've thought about you too and wondered how you were doing. I've been blogging since January and enjoying it. How did you track me down?

Really great song. He truly is our hero. He gives us wings and He Himself is the wind that makes us fly.

Funny enough, I found you through Joel B's blog. I was reading through his notables and saw you and said, "Could that be my Aida?" And it was!

Beautifully said, Joel. That's exactly what I was thinking when I heard this song. Like you, some "secular" songs speak to me about Daddy and his love and this song is one of them.

Tyler, isn't it amazing how Daddy works? However he did it, I'm glad he's brought us together again and I'm glad you've found Joel. He's a great guy and I know you've enjoyed what he has to say.
